Sanchi Singh is an Investment Readiness and Barrier Analysis Specialist with over 8 years of experience in sustainable finance, capital mobilisation, and strategic communications across India, Germany, and the UK.
She brings deep expertise in diagnosing barriers to private investment in nature-based solutions and clean energy across emerging markets, with a particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Her MSc thesis research further sharpened this lens, examining the institutional barriers preventing private capital from flowing into AFOLU sectors in Ghana and Kenya.
Sanchi is currently consulting with Futurepump on programme design and delivery for off-grid solar energy access for smallholder farmers across East Africa, while actively building a project pipeline in renewable energy and NbS finance across emerging markets.
