Toan has extensive professional experience in mainstreaming environmental and social safeguards into each step of the project cycle. He has provided these services to more than 50 development projects for the the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, GEF, UNDP, FAO, GCF, Kfw..etc or/and private sector covering the sectors of energy, agriculture and rural development, water and sanitation, and forestry and REDD+. Toan has more than 24 years of experierience in undertaking Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Environmental and Social Management Plans, Stakeholder Consultation and Gender Analysis.
